Meeting at the Ryazan Region Development Corporation

On February 3, the Ryazan Region Development Corporation hosted a working meeting between specialists from the investor relations department, a number of special organizations and the administration of the Skopinsky district with representatives of the investor company OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC. The main topic of the meeting was the discussion of the implementation of the project for the construction of a school and a kindergarten in the village of Uspenskoye, Skopinsky District, Ryazan Region, and the possibility of co-financing it through subsidies under the federal program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories".

Currently, OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC is already implementing two investment projects in the village of Uspenskoye - a full-cycle plant for the production of biopharmaceuticals substances and medicines made from human blood plasma and a hotel complex for its future employees are being built. According to the investor, with the commissioning of the plant, more than 250 new high-tech job positions will appear. The total investment for the two projects will be about 7 billion rubles.

According to representatives of OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC, in order to attract highly qualified employees to the future plant, their families must be provided with preschool and educational institutions. To date, the nearest school and kindergarten are almost completely filled.

Based on the results of the meeting, the parties determined the main stages and drew up a plan of preparatory measures for the participation of an investor in the competitive selection for state support this year.
