Meeting with the Head of Skopin district Administration

On February 20, the head of the Skopinsky district administration, Alexander Bokov, met with the general director of OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC, Andrew Smith. The company is an investor in a project for the construction of an enterprise for the production of biopharmaceuticals, substances and human blood plasma products on the territory of the region. This most important project on a national scale is being implemented with the aim of localisation such a significant production directly in our country and solving the problems of import substitution of expensive medicines. The meeting was attended by a number of specialists and employees of the district administration and the investor company, as well as representatives of the Ryazan Region Development Corporation.
