300 high school students learnt about the prospects of studying at the Ryazan Medical College and working at OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC
2025-03-04On 1 March, on the Open Doors Day at the Ryazan Medical College, a career guidance meeting was held as part of the Development Corporation's project ‘Employees for Investors’. Over 300 high school students and their parents attended the meeting, organized with the support of the region's Ministries of Health and Education and district administrations.
School students from Skopin and Skopinsky district joined the main site on the basis of the Ryazan Medical College via videoconference. Representatives of the employer - OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC made a presentation and answered questions of future applicants to the medical college.
In the upcoming set of Ryazan Medical College will open an additional 25 extra-budgetary places on special course ‘Operator-apparatchik’ in the direction of ‘Pharmacy’ to train future staff for OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC, at the expense of which the students will be trained. It is expected that the main enrolment of the new special course of the Medical College will consist of the 9th grades from Skopin.
As early as March, career guidance meetings are planned to be held at schools in Skopinsky District, and in April - excursions for high school students to the OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC construction site.
OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC plans to launch a unique for Russia production of medicines based on human blood plasma in 2027. By that time the company will need about 100 operators, and in the next two years - more than 300. Of particular interest to the company is the training of future operators and laboratory technicians based on the medical college.
