Pancake week in Uspenskoe

Every family bakes pancakes and celebrates Pancake week before Easter. The friendly family of OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC together with the school of Uspenskoye village organized a Pancake week celebration.

The guests were greeted by fairy-tale maidens, Baba Yaga and a huge bear. Children had fun dancing round dances and learning folk songs. High school students organized a theatrical performance and told the guests about the history of the holiday. Our team held a master class in wood painting for children and their parents.

And how could we do without pancakes? All participants of the event received a sweet treat. The holiday traditionally ended with a farewell to Pancake Week.
