On September 25, at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation, a special investment contract was signed between the Ministry, the Government of the Ryazan Region, OCTAPHARMA-PHARMIMEX LLC, as well as "Pharmaceutical Import, Export" JSC and "Skopinsky Pharmaceutical Plant" LLC.
